Morgenthau that an objective of a country to be more powerful through its influence.Dubai seeks its ambition by launching Dubai Strategic Plan 2015 andstrategic thrust, these of strategies are effective to enhance its power and prestige.Liberalism in Dubai can be controlled by maintaining government’s authorities on economic regulations and policies. By doing so, Dubai can be a dominant financial center in Middle East and more prestigious entity called Emirates-Dubai.
