The research objective was to obtain a device that could be used in the shelh process more easily and efficiently in terms of time and effort required so that the results of the research is expected to create new tools that could assist in shellfish processing business and could provided to the processor imformation especially inthe Restaurant.The method used in this study was experimental methods. Design Toolsand test equipment was done. Where the parameters to determine the success of such tools was a sensory test, efectiveties equipment, heavy sludge and sanitation to microbiological testing (TPC).Performance of tools looks good and the results from organoleptic andheavy sediment analysis, the washing process with a more efectiveties tool Weight of the sediment analysis using a tool was (0.87 g/10 ml) and manually (0.81 g/10 ml). Total colonies of bacteria found in shellfish and washed with a washing manually obtained different results. The result shell tools that of 1.5 x 105 while washed with 1.6 x 105.
