This research will shows the cooperation between several USs corporates and US government under Bush administration in the reconstruction post-invasion in Iraq. The research also shows the mutualism relation between the Bush administration and the corporates that had an political and economic interest in that project.The writer use some concepts which are related to this case; those are Invasion, Reconstruction, Private Military Company, Blackwater Worldwide, National Security Council, Corporate, Neo-conservatism, Hawkish, Contracts, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Foreign Policy, Decision Making, and Policy Influencers. This research applies qualitative methods and observing the cause and result from research symptoms. The writer uses William D. Coplins writing to understand non-state actors behavior in foreign policy decision making process. US involving private military company Blackwater Worldwide in the reconstruction post-invasion in is a policy which has been decided by the decision maker in USs executive actor, influenced by the persons and groups around it. There are pros and contras concerning the involving of Blackwater Worldwide in the reconstruction and the impact it may have on US interests and foreign policy. It can be seen as opportunities to the US decision makers, the interest groups, and the other party around them.The results of this research find out that the US government undern George W. Bush administration has several objectives of involving Blackwater Worldwide in reconstruction post-invasion in Iraq. First, the US got the chance to rule all of theminefield in Iraq as their economic interests. Second, the reconstruction project that involving several corporates and Blackwater Worldwide brought them another chance to get more financial income.
